Customer Advisor, Investment Banking - Southampton Due to continued business growth, my client, a well known investment banking organisation are looking to expand their team of Customer Advisors. Ideal applicants will have financial services industry knowledge with proven experience of providing exceptional customer service, preferable in a telephone based environment, with the hunger to learn and develop their career in the financial services arena. It would be preferential for candidates to have passed, or be working towards professional financial services exams such as the IAQ, CeFA or FPC qualifications. Applicants should be familiar with a broad range of investments such as ISA's, PEP's, OEIC's, Unit Trusts etc. On a daily basis this role will be broken down into a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and project work, therefore the successful applicant must be happy to work in a busy and varied environment. Technical Support Engineer, New Milton, Hampshire - MCP or MCSE accredited, you will be required to support and maintain IT Systems for a range of customers, with the primary objective to minimise downtime. Your customer base will include existing customers and new ones, who require support across the Windows environment. You can expect to get involved with desktop support, installation and configuration of Windows 2003 Server, troubleshooting and PC builds. You must have experience of providing both remote support resolution and desk side. A high standard of organisation and communication skills are important for this role. In addition to commercial experience, it is essential that you currently hold a MCP or similar IT related accreditation. In return, this position can provide the successful applicant with exposure across a variety of technologies, enabling you to develop your knowledge and skills in a challenging environment. On-site Recruiter, Southampton My client, a market leading multi national organisation, are expanding their Recruitment Team and require an additional Onsite Recruiter for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will focus on the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates, through to interviews and managing any offers made. You will be responsible for researching relevant candidates from internet advertising and internal databases. You must be able to demonstrate traditional CV searching methods, to include telephone assessment for suitability and relevance to the role, as well as face to face interviewing. Previous experience of this is essential. Successful candidates will already have gained recruitment experience within an agency environment or another internal recruiter post.
