National Sales Manager, Oxford - It is essential that you can offer a proven track record of successful public sector tendering. Your sales ability should include management of field based sales teams. The overall purpose of this role is to negotiate new contracts and secure new business that will result in increased sales and improved financial performance. You will approach this from a hands on method as well as managing a team of Regional Account Managers.
Your duties will involve (but are not limited to): - Overall management and training of Regional Account Managers to include performance monitoring, development plans and reviews. Previous team management is fundamental for this position. - Tender submission, preparation and presentation, with public sector experience. - Distributing sales leads with effective tracking methods - Setting price strategies - Negotiating business terms - Interpreting and understanding legal jargon/documentation - Production and maintenance of sales activity reports, weekly, quarterly and annually. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent sales background to include public sector tender successes. This individual will need to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues, be a competent and confident user of Microsoft Office applications and possess strong influencing and management qualities. Full driving license is required. Salary range £40,000-50,000 base per annum, plus bonus scheme and company car/allowance. HR Officer, Bovington, Dorset Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, this role is responsible for providing a professional operational HR support service:
• Provision of HR support, guidance and coaching to business unit line managers • Management and co-ordination of all recruitment activities • Provision of support to line mangers in the coordination and conduct of disciplinary and grievance hearings • Management and co-ordination of colleague attendance including all aspects of policy implementation, attendance management in line with established policies • Liaison with local trade union reps on day to day colleague issues • Assist in the development of HR policies • Management and coordination of new starter induction and development of new starter processes • Management and coordination of leaver processes • Day to day coaching of the Leadership Group in order to develop management skills within the business
It is essential you can offer up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law, experience of handling disciplinary & grievance hearings/processes from start to finish, and that you have the ability to influence others and build effective relationships with people at all levels of the business and communicate at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as competence in Microsoft Office suite are also sought for this post. It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of TUPE and are CIPD qualified/part qualified. Salary range £26,000-30,000 per annum, dependant on experience. Financial Services Administrator, Chichester Senior Administrator required to provide administrative support within a financial services environment, specifically private equity investments. Previous industry experience is essential and the successful candidate must hold either the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or Securities and Investment Institute (SII) Diploma.
This position will see you getting involved in private equity deals, daily reporting of trade details and handling time deposits. Previous administration experience is essential and you will be required to demonstrate your numeracy capabilities.
Excellent computer literacy is required as you will be producing and maintaining, regularly, complex reports for managers. Attention to detail and accuracy is very important as you will be involved with calculating and arranging movement of funds. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful person will need to be flexible and adaptable and willing to learn. Salary range £18,000 - 22,000 per annum.
